Product images are for illustrative purposes. Slight variations in colour, stone appearance, and finish may occur due to monitor settings and the natural characteristics of gemstones.
3. Enquiries and Commissions
All purchases and commissions are agreed in person or by direct correspondence. For bespoke and made-to-order pieces, a commission is confirmed when you pay the required deposit and we confirm acceptance in writing. Bespoke orders cannot be cancelled once work has commenced.
4. Payment
Payment is arranged directly with us in store or by prior agreement. We do not process payments online. For bespoke commissions, a deposit is required before work commences, with the balance due on completion.
5. Collection
We do not offer online shipping. All items are available for collection in person from our Wimborne showroom. We will contact you when your piece is ready. Title to goods passes to you once payment has been received in full.
6. Returns and Refunds
If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us directly and we will do our best to resolve the matter. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by these terms.
7. Our Guarantee
All pieces purchased from Dorset Diamonds come with a lifetime guarantee covering free cleaning and inspection. This guarantee does not cover accidental damage, loss, theft, or fair wear and tear. It does not affect your statutory rights.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dorset Diamonds Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or purchase of goods, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption.
Our total liability to you in connection with any order shall not exceed the price you paid for the relevant goods. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
